Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
If you are in south India you can expect it within 2–5 business days.
If you are in other parts of India you can expect it within 5-8 business days.
You will get a tracking link through mail as soon as your order is shipped.
If you need it sooner, let me know and I will do it.
I love sharing the pieces I create on social media, but your privacy is always my priority. I only post custom orders with your permission, no exceptions. As few custom gifts include your personal photos or heartfelt messages, I completely understand if you'd prefer to keep it private. Just let me know, and I’ll keep it off social media. Your comfort and trust mean the world to me.
No worries, mistakes happen! If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, please reach out to me as soon as you can at calliartrish@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to update it as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. If your package has already been sent, I’m unfortunately not able to reroute or replace it, since I rely on the information you provided at checkout. I truly appreciate your understanding, and if you need help placing a new order, I’m happy to assist however I can.
At Calli Artrish, each item is thoughtfully designed, personalized, and crafted just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Please double-check your order before checkout. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, email calliartrish@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear unboxing photos/videos. We’ll do our best to make it right. Thank you for supporting handcrafted, heart-filled work.
